TICKETS
These general conditions of sale are applicable to all purchases of tickets, season tickets and extra activities made by the same person, for Castelsaraceno - Ponte Tibetano. The customer, as defined below, is invited to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale which aim to define the contractual conditions between the customer and Castelsaraceno - Ponte Tibetano, and the conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets online. The order confirmation of a ticket, a subscription or an extra activity through this website implies the definitive stipulation of the contract and implies the unconditional acceptance by the customer of all the general conditions of sale, of which he claims to have previously taken note, at the time of validation of the purchase. The customer accepts: the provisions on security, access and regulations relating to the visit to the site. The customer is aware of the fact that, in the event that these regulations are not respected, he will be denied access to the site, without any financial compensation. Additional regulations may be published on the website or printed directly on the ticket. The applicable general conditions of sale are those in force on the site on the date of purchase of the ticket. All the terms below, which begin with a capital letter, whether used in the singular or plural, are used in the following meaning: "Ticket online": ticket purchased online, consisting of a summary Order Summary and a number of sheets bearing the order number and BARCODE readable by optical readers at the entrance to Castelsaraceno - Ponte Tibetano. Ticket prices are available on the website. "Customer": means any person who makes a purchase of the ticket on the website and who has accepted the General Conditions of Sale in the manner provided for in Article 2.2 of these. “General conditions of sale”: these are general conditions which have as their object the definition of the conditions of purchase and use of tickets.
The sale of online tickets is carried out directly by the Municipality of Castelsaraceno with headquarters in P.za Piano della Corte, 1 85031 Castelsaraceno (PZ), hereinafter referred to as the "seller".

RESPONSIBILITY
The visit to the Site is carried out under the sole responsibility of the customer. Castelsaraceno - Ponte Tibetano cannot be held responsible for unpredictable and / or indirect damages suffered by the customer including, without the list being limiting, a lack of income, a loss of opportunity, a loss of customer income, data , any financial and commercial prejudice, any commercial problem or intangible prejudice. The customer is solely responsible for his choice to order the booking of tickets on the internet, consequently Castelsaraceno - Ponte Tibetano will not be considered responsible for any malfunction related to the problem between the booking and the IT environment.

PURCHASE METHOD
The purchase of tickets, subscriptions and extra online activities for Castelsaraceno - Tibetan Bridge is made through the virtual shop active on castelsaraceno-pontetibetano.skiperformance.com, and is governed exclusively by these general terms and conditions, in the version in force at the time of purchase.

METHOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
By clicking on "Confirm" at the end of the procedure, the customer declares to have read and accepted, without reservation, all the general conditions of sale.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Online payment is made exclusively by credit card, in the manner indicated by the system.
After acceptance of the order, the customer is redirected to an electronic payment server from which to make the online payment of the order by credit card. The purchase is definitively registered when the customer confirms the payment. In case of rejection of the payment by the payment agency, the purchase transaction is automatically canceled. The purchase is blocked and confirmed. Once the payment has been confirmed, no cancellation or modification by the customer will be possible.
When the order is placed, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase. This email allows you to download the PDF document called Order Confirmation \ Order Confirmation Receipt consisting of a first summary sheet of the Order and a number of sheets bearing the order number and BARCODE code readable by the optical readers Skidata di Castelsaraceno - Tibetan Bridge, corresponding to the number of tickets purchased.

VALIDITY OF THE TICKET
By making the payment, the buyer declares to have the full capacity to act and that the personal data provided by him / her are correct.
The sales contract takes effect from the time of payment and is valid until the validity date of the ticket, shown on the same.
The purchase of the online ticket cannot be combined with other ongoing commercial initiatives, with the exception of promotions or discounts specifically created to be used exclusively online. Castelsaraceno - Ponte Tibetano may refuse access to the site to any ticket holder who may turn out to be purchased illegally.

FIXED DATE ONLINE TICKET
A "Fixed Date Online Ticket" is defined as a ticket purchased online, which can only be used on the day that was previously selected through the "Calendar" available on the site at the time of purchase. Once this ticket was READ by the Skidata optical reader, it was used. This implies that the visitor can use it, on the same day, and then the ticket will no longer be valid. The online ticket will allow you to skip the line and enter directly at the turnstiles.
The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the electronic ticket purchase contract as it is a contract for the supply of leisure time services referred to in art. 59 paragraph 1 letter. n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014). There is therefore no reimbursement of the price of the paid access ticket in the event of renunciation by the Customer.

TICKET PRICE
The price of the tickets is indicated in Euros (€). The prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes. The applicable rate is the one in force on the date of the visit and available on the website.

GENERAL RULES
Entrance is NOT allowed to people, of any age, with a height of less than 120 cm.
Animals of any breed and size are not allowed to enter! If you have an animal in tow, it CANNOT remain unattended on site.
The reservation cannot be changed.
Access to the bridge with your own safety equipment is NOT allowed. The same is included in the price and is provided by our organization.
