How do the entry times to the Tibetan bridge work?

The time slot must be understood as access from hours > to hours.
For example, if you have chosen the time slot from 10:00am to 10:59am  you will be able to access the turnstiles within this time slot.
The same will apply to the other time slots.

I cannot complete the online purchase, or I purchased the ticket but I have not received it by email; what should I do?

  1. ATTENTION: IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL CONTAINING TICKETS AND RECEIVED WITHIN 1 HOUR OF PURCHASE: CHECK IN THE UNWANTED MAIL and / or PROMOTIONS SECTION in your email browser. After the successful purchase, the system generally generates and immediately sends an email containing the PDF attachments with: receipt and the purchased ticket (s) to the email address indicated during registration.
On some mail browsers, it may happen that the email ends up in SPAM. If you do not find the email with the ticket even there, do not panic contact us; we will check and send it to you again.

During registration, you may have entered an invalid or incorrectly written email. in this case, if the purchase was successful, you will need to prove your identity to avoid possible homonyms, before being able to send you the ticket (s).

DOWNLOAD THE TICKET AUTONOMOUSLY

Go to your PERSONAL ACCOUNT on the Webshop > ORDER HISTORY:

Select the order, click on: View > and go to Order Details. Then, click on Download Tickets (we suggest the compact PDF).

2. Something went wrong with the payment, probable causes:

  • receipt of security codes from your bank gateway to confirm and terminate the transaction (e.g. two-step verification via sms). To confirm the purchase, your bank will send you one or more codes (via SMS or via the App of your gateway). Be careful, this is the passage where many stumble!
  • it took you more than 10 minutes to complete the operation; in this case repeat it.
  • problem with the Internet during the booking phase
  • card not enabled for online purchases
  • insufficient credit > attention, read: at each attempt the system "freezes" the credit for a while waiting to finalize the operation. For example, if you book 4 tickets (€ 100), the system freezes them (blocks) on our availability of the quota (10-15 min) and the same happens with the necessary credit on your card account, this waiting to finalize the payment with the paper. This is to guarantee the operation and to assign you the purchase priority. If the operation is not successful (for the cases listed above) and you retry the payment immediately, until the banking system releases your credit availability (sometimes up to 1-2 hours) you must have the same amount on the card to carry out a second operation (i.e. at least € 200). This is how bank check systems work.
  • try using another credit card

The purchase process may have failed, due to non-payment, insufficient credit, Internet connection problems.
Check the message indicated in: PAYMENTS > Status: if the message color is:

> GREEN MESSAGE - with message "Completed" indicates that everything is in order and the operation was successful; you will then immediately receive the tickets by email.

> ORANGE MESSAGE - indicates an alert or an anomaly in the purchasing process; wait a while and / or repeat the operation, for example if you find indicated: PAYMENT IN PROCESSING. In most cases this message indicates that the operation was NOT successful. Our suggestion is to undo everything and try the operation all over again. In this case, don't worry, no withdrawals to your card have been made! Withdrawal takes place only when the transaction is successful (green message> completed).

> RED MESSAGE - there were problems with the payment. In this case, contact your bank, or you had problems during the payment phase and it was refused and you have to repeat it. Our advice is to repeat the purchase process from scratch, paying attention to the validation codes that you will receive on your smartphone.

There are conditions, such as meteorological conditions, which for safety reasons may induce our organization to temporarily close the structure. For example: strong winds, a thunderstorm, snow, or any other cause of general safety, not listed here.

  • In the event of a temporary stop of the attractor, the entrances will be reorganized by the security staff, allowing customers present on site to access in the time slots following the period affected by the temporary closure. Or, if the Tibetan Bridge cannot be crossed in one day, it will be possible to extend the validity of the ticket up to a maximum of 30 days.
  • For all other cases, including any decision made spontaneously by the customer (e.g. autonomously deciding not to show up for uncertain weather and / or rain), no refund request will be accepted, nor will it be possible to postpone the entry date, as previously purchased. For all cases of voluntary renunciation by the customer and consequent failure to use the service, the entrance will be considered definitively lost.
